摘  要:本文报道了未成年人胫骨近端骺板及松质骨的力学性质。作者指出,未成年人胫骨近端松质骨在构造上呈弹性网状结构,其中充满了红骨髓。对松质骨作单轴压缩试验时有红骨髓溢出,压缩强度极限为0.54MPa,远低于成熟骨压缩强度极限。松质骨作为承载结构应是固-液二相耦合承载。Our study showed that cancellous bone of proximal end of tibia in teenager was composed of an elastic network filled with red marrow. When the cancellous bone was tested under uniaxial compression, the red marrow was spilled out from the bone. The maximal compression strength of cancellous bone of the teenager was 0.54MPa which was obvicusly lower than that of mature bone. Cancellous bone of as aloading structure was found to be coupled load of solid liquid biphase.
