摘　　要：文章结合农网建设变电所设计的实践体会,论述了适合我国国情的农村小型化变电所的设计规模和形式。具体包括:变电所所址选择,所址选择时应注意的问题;根据变电所的重要性及农村的用电特点确定电气主结线规模;根据负荷预测情况确定主变压器容量;主要设备的选择、新型设备的应用、设备的性能和优缺点;根据主结线及设备选择确定变电所的布置形式;二次保护装置的配置和所采取的保护形式。同时,提出了农村小型化变电所存在的问题与不足。This article dwells on the design scale and mode of miniaturized substation in rural areas that are suited to China＇ s reality in combination of the experience of rural power network construction, including： the choice of the location of substation and the according problems to be noticed; define the scale of main electrical connection according to the importance of substation and features of power-consuming in rural areas; determine the primary transformer capacity in line with the load prediction; the choice of main equipment, the applications of new-type equipment, the performance and merits and demerits of equipments; choose the arrangement form of substation in view of main electrical connection and the choice of equipment; configuration of secondary protection device and protection forms. At the same time, this article puts forwards problems of miniaturized substation in China＇ s rural areas.
