摘 要:目前,我国铁路建设存在整体投资规模小、融资方式单一和管理体制不完善等问题,制约了固有资本对社会资金的引导和带动作用,影响了融资渠道和方式。因此,铁路系统必须改革原有的融资体制,建立多元化、开放式、市场化的融资渠道和方式。文章通过借鉴国外经验,结合实际案例着重研究我国铁路运用PPP融资方式的可行性,以期对铁路行业的跨越式发展有所裨益。At present, our railway construction have some problems, such as small-scale investment on the whole, single financing ways and imperfect management mechanism, which restrict the guiding and driving role of the fixed capital in social funds and affects the financing channels and ways. In this connection, the railway system must change the original financing mechanism and build diversification, open-end and marketization financing channels and ways. This article, analyzes the feasibility of the PPP mode in railway construction in China based on the actual cases and using the experience of other counties to attain some benefits in the leap-forward development of the railway industry.
