摘 要:用透射电镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射法研究了45钢化学沉积Ni-P镀层的微观结构。结果表明,镀态样品全部为非晶态,400℃晶化后,镀层由过饱和的Ni固溶体与i3P以及少量的Ni7P3、Ni2P组成。Ni3P呈粒状,其尺寸在10~80nm范围内。Ni3P与Ni固溶体之间的取向关系为(210)Ni3P〃(111)Ni,Bi固溶体中P的固溶浓度随晶粒尺寸减小而降低在2.2%~3.2%。The microstructure of Ni-P chemical deposited coating layer on 45 steel has been studied using TEM,EDAX and X-ray diffraction method. The results show that coated specimens are all non-crystalline. After crystallization at 400 ℃, the coating layer consists of post-saturated Ni solution, Ni3P and a small amount of Ni7P3,Ni2P,Ni3P is small particle,with its size between 10-80nm. The orientation relationship between Ni3P and Ni solution is (210)Ni3P//(111)Ni.The P concentration in Ni solution is 2. 2% - 3. 2%,12 to 18 times equlibrium concentration, and is decreased with the decrease of grain size. Ni-P coating layer has higher hardness and good wear resistance.
