摘 要:在分析现有电加工脉冲电源优缺点的基础之上,设计两路MOSFET脉冲电源,利用计算机编程产生0~5V脉冲信号,在功率放大电路中,利用电感替代电阻限制电流,并用两路MOSFET管替代一路MOS管,电感通过续流二极管将储存的电能返回给电源,从而提高电能利用率,实现电源频率可调、电流可调以及节能的设计目标。Based on analyzing the characteristics of pulse power supply in electrical discharge machining, the two-path MOSFET pulse power supply was designed. The pulse signal of voltage between 0 - 5 V was generated by computer. For improve the power etficiency, current limiting resistance was replaced by inductance , and one MOSFET was replaced by two-path MOSFET. The stored electrical energy in inductance was returned to the power supply when the MOSFET were turned off. The design aims of adjustable frequency, adjustable current and energy saving were reached.
