摘  要:液压驱动往复泵活塞运动特性决定泵的压力特性不同于传统的机动往复泵。详细分析和研究了研制的双缸双作用液压驱动往复泵吸入和排出总管内以及吸入和排出过程中缸内的压力特性,推导出具体的计算公式,并开展系统的实验研究。实验测得的压力变化曲线较好地反映出泵的压力特性,实验结果与理论分析一致。实验结果表明:液压驱动往复泵吸入和排出总管内的压力变化平稳、波动小;在液缸排液开始和结束瞬间,受活塞加速和减速的影响,极易产生压力脉冲和水击现象;活塞换向控制的精度对泵的压力特性有很大影响,设计合理的行程换向控制装置,使活塞具有适当的加速和减速过程,是液压驱动往复泵设计的关键技术之一。The motion characteristic of hydraulic-driven reciprocating pump (HDRP) determines that its pressure characteristic is different from that of traditional mechanical-driven reciprocating pump. Pressure characteristic inside suction main pipe and discharging pipe of HDRP with double cylinders & double action as well as pressure characteristic inside the cylinder in the process of sucking and discharging were analyzed and studied. Specific calculating formulas were derived. Systematical experimental researches were carried out. The pressure variation curves measured from the experiment adequately reflect pressure characteristic of pump, the experiment resuits are consistent with theoretical analysis. The experimental results show variation of pressure and flow in sucking and discharging pipe of HDRP is smooth and steady. At the instant of start and end of discharging, influenced by accelerating and decelerating of piston, phenomena of pressure impulse and water hammer are easily occursed. Piston reversing control accuracy plays an important role in pressure characteristic of pump. It is one of the key techniques in design of HDRP to design reasonable stroke reversing control devices with appropriate accelerating and decelerating process of piston.
