摘 要:以采用平衡阀的平衡回路为例,分析在交变负载中造成液压平衡回路不稳定的原因。建立了该回路系统的数学模型,对影响系统稳定性的因素进行了探讨。结果表明适当增加先导阀活塞与主阀活塞面积之比、适当增大回液系统的液容、在缸底处安装缓冲装置可提高系统的稳定性。Taking balance circuit in which balance valve was adopted as an example, the instability reasons of the hydraulic balance circuit under alternate load were analyzed. The mathematics model of the hydraulic balance circuit was built, the factors influencing the system stability were discussed. The results show that the system's stability can be increased through appropriately increasing the area ratio of the pilot valve piston and main valve piston, properly increasing fluid volume of the fluid-return system, and installing buffer in cylinder bottom.
