摘 要:传统的织物(如服装等)均采用高速旋转式脱水机进行甩干脱水,存在着功耗大、对织物损伤大等缺点,为此,根据挤压脱水原理,研究开发了一种新型的挤压式织物脱水机,主要应用于印染织物及纺织产品的脱水工艺过程。进行了脱水机的方案设计和结构设计,开发了液压传动与控制系统,探索了其控制策略与控制方法,开发了基于SIEMENSS7-200系列模块化PLC的控制系统。样机运行了1342次无任何异常情况,表明系统是稳定、可靠的。该系统目前已投入批量生产。Traditional fabrics (such as clothing etc. )dehydration use high-speed rotary dehydrator, it has the shortcomings such as big power dissipation, big damage to the fabric. A new squeeze-type fabric dehydrator was developed, which is mainly used in the dehydration process of printing and dyeing fabrics and textile products. According to squeeze principle, the project and structure of squeeze-type fabric dehydrator were designed, the hydraulic transmission and control system was developed, and its control strategy and control methods were discussed, the PLC control system was developed based on SIEMENS S7-200 series modular. The prototype run for 1 342 times without trouble, it is indicated that the system is stable and reliable. The dehydrator has been put into mass production at present.
