摘  要:介绍了激光焊接技术在汽车车身及零部件制造中的技术特点和国内外应用现状,重点论述了激光焊接技术在汽车车身拼焊板焊接、零部件焊接和总成及分总成组焊三个方面的应用情况。为了将激光焊接技术应用于汽车车身制造中,填补国内此项技术的空白,依靠国内力量设计激光组焊单元,在布局设计、设备选型和集成调试工作完成以后,焊接某车型左前门零部件,并与点焊焊接进行对比分析,试验结果表明:激光焊接单元焊接速度明显加快、控制灵活、焊缝强度高,焊接质量显著提高。激光焊接单元的研究加速了国内汽车行业激光焊接生产单元的应用,有利于提高国产汽车的国际竞争力。The paper introduced the technical characteristics and the application status at home and abroad of laser welding technology in automotive body and parts manufacturing.The application of laser welding technology in three-sided of auto body plates welding,components welding and sub-assembly and assembly welding is importantly discussed.In order to use laser welding technology in automotive body ,fill the technology gap at home ,researchers design laser welding unit on domestic power,after that the layout design,equipment selection and integration test has been done,to weld left front door parts of a vehicle,and comparing with spot welding, the results show that:laser welding has several advantages including welding speed obviously improved ,flexible control, the welding quality significantly improved.Research on laser welding unit accelerates the application of laser welding unit in the domestic automotive industry and help to improve the international competitiveness of domestic automobile.
