摘　　要：介绍了激光钎焊的工业应用以及激光钎焊的技术特点。结合后行李箱激光钎焊工业化实例,建立了激光钎焊的数学模型,初步研究了焊接参数的理论基础及原理,同时结合部分实际缺陷,分析了其产生机理,对激光焊接的工业化集成有重要的参考意义。This paper gives a laser brazing in Automobile Industry,and explain the technical property for laser brazing.By the industry of the trunk,we make a welding model of laser welding,we analyze the theory of welding and how to get the welding parameter according the industry design.This paper also analyze the real quality problem and give the reason.The most important for this paper is to give some advises for Laser welding integration demestic.
