驱动桥壳电子束焊机的设计

摘　　要：介绍了用于中重型载货汽车驱动桥壳轴头环缝焊接的国产THDW-12型电子束焊机的设计特点,该焊机采用双电子枪和双加速高压电源的技术路线,控制系统以欧姆龙CJ1M可编程控制器为核心组成,工作节拍达到7min内焊一根桥,满足了24h三班倒的工作制使用要求。The design and application of a domestic Electronic Beam Welding（EBW）machine（Model No.THDW-12） is introduced in this paper,which is used in the welding for drive axle housing＇s circumferential butt joint at shaft head of medium and heavy truck. The EBW machine is equieped with double eletronie beam guns and double hight voltage power source.The key unit of control system is OMRON C JIM programmable logic controller （PLC）.The rate is finised during 7 minutes per one rear axles.h is proved the EBW machine can be used in the wholeday.
