摘　　要：采用静态急性毒性试验法对江黄颡鱼进行研究。5种常见农药对江黄颡鱼苗24 h LC50半致死质量浓度、48 h LC50半致死质量浓度、安全质量浓度分别为:阿维菌素0.43、0.28、0.035 mg/L;草甘磷15.38、13.43、3.072 mg/L;啶虫咪0.13、0.09、0.013 mg/L;百草枯4.62、3.720、.724 mg/L;复方胶悬剂550、3895、8.38 mg/L。常用农药的敏感性依次为:啶虫咪>阿维菌素>百草枯>草甘磷>复方胶悬剂。The acute toxicity of five pesticides to yellow catfish Pelteobagrus vachelli juveniles was determined in a static method at room ambient temperature. The median lethal concentration（LCs0, mg/L）of Avermectin was found 0.43 for 24 h,0.28 for 48 h and safe concentration（mg/L）of 0. 035. Grass Gan P had the LC50of 15.38 for 24 h, 13.43 for 48 h,and safe concentration（mg/L）of 3. 072. The LCs0 （mg/L）of Aeetamiprid Microphone was 0.13 for 24 h,0.09 for 48 h,and safe concentration（mg/L）of 0. 013,and Paraquatc 4.62 for 24 h,3.72, for 48 h, and safe concentration（rag/L）of 0. 724. The SC Compound had the LC50of 550.00 for 24 h,389.00 for 48 h,and the safe concentration（mg/L）of 58.38. The sensitivity of the pesticides was descendantly arranged as Acetamiprid mierophone〉Avermectins〉Paraquat〉Glyphosate〉 SC compound.
