摘 要:为改善秸秆水泥基复合材料耐水性、提高其强度,将粉煤灰和脲醛树脂作为外掺料加入到秸秆水泥基复合材料中,采用吸水率、软化系数、抗压和抗折强度等试验方法,研究不同掺量外掺料对秸秆水泥基复合材料物理力学性能影响。试验结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,秸秆水泥基复合材料的耐水性和强度增加;随脲醛树脂掺量的增加,复合材料软化系数提高,吸水率降低,材料的柔韧性增强。这说明粉煤灰和脲醛树脂均能增强复合材料耐水性,改善其力学性能。In order to improve the water resistance and the strength of straw-cement-based composite material,this study investigates a method of adding fly ash and urea-formaldehyde resin into straw-cement-based composite material and tests its performance indicators such as water absorption,softening coefficient,compressive and flexural strength to study the impact of different content admixtures on the physical and mechanical properties of straw-cement-based composite material.The results show that with the increase of fly ash,the water resistance and the strength of the straw-cement-based composite material also increase;with the increase of urea-formaldehyde resin content,the softening coefficient increases,water absorption decreases,thus the flexibility is enhanced.The study demonstrates that the fly ash and urea-formaldehyde resin can be used to reduce the water absorption,reinforce the water-resistance of the straw-cement-based composite material and improve its mechanical properties.
