摘　　要：为了实现企业利益最大化,解决生产型企业的年度生产计划的优化问题,采用运筹学中的线性规划方法,根据母婴用品生产型企业的特点,通过实例对母婴用品生产型企业的年度生产计划进行了优化分析,建立了年度生产计划的总利润最大化的线性规划数学模型,并利用Excel软件的规划求解,得到了最优化的解决方案。该方法对实现企业利益的最大化具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。The optimization of annual plan is the way to maximize the profit of a manufacturing enterprise.Linear Programming （LP） is normally applied to solve the optimization problem.According to the characteristics of a maternal child products enterprise,this study analyzes the annual production plan,develops a LP Mathematical Model for maximizing the profit of annual production plan.Using Excel tool,the solution to the optimization formulation is found.The method presented in this paper provides a good reference for optimizing enterprise＇s profit.
