摘　　要：利用散射干涉法设计出测量镀膜平玻璃板厚度实验，叙述了实验原理并进行了实测。该实验原理简单，操作方便，测量精度高，适合于为物理专业学生开设物理实验。The experimental setup of measuring the thickness of coated glasses plate is designed by using the scattering interferometry . The design has simple principle, and the experiment is easily operated and has high precise measured, suitable for the students to setup the contemporary physics experiment .
