摘　　要：本文介绍了一种合成萘-1,4-二腈的新路线,该路线按生产要求对工艺条件进行了优化。邻二氯苄经过腈化与N,N′-二异丙基-二亚氨基乙烷缩合制备萘-1,4-二腈,总收率>73%,纯度>99.5%。标题化合物结构经过鉴定得到确认。A novel synthetic route for 1,4-Dicyanonaphthalene was introduced and the technical conditions of it were optimized to satisfy the industrialized requirements.1,4-Dicyanonaphthalene was prepared from cyanated O-xylylene dichloride and N,N-dipropan-2-ylethane-1,2-diimine by ring-closing reaction.The total yield was more than 73% and its purity was more than 99.5%.The structure of title compound was confirmed by HPLC,NMR,IR and so on.
