摘　　要：政府信用是社会信用的基石。加强政府信用建设,既是社会信用建设的关键,也是建设服务型政府,构建和谐社会的必然要求。当前我国地方政府信用失范有内部成因,也有外部诱因,可以从观念维度、制度维度和社会维度三个方面对重建我国地方政府信用体系进行积极的探索。Government credit is the cornerstone of society credit.Strengthening the construction of government credit is the key to the construction of society credit,but also a necessary requirement to build a service-oriented government and a harmonious society.At present,the credit anomie of local governments has its own internal causes and external incentives.To rebuild the credit system of our local governments,we can positively explore from the following three aspects： concept dimension,system dimension and society dimension.
