摘　　要：对活性剂影响熔池形态的机制和实验模拟的研究现状分析表明,氧化物活性剂对钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG)的熔池形态具有显著的影响;通过在母材表面涂敷活性剂,可以很好地改善焊接熔池形态.同时,指出了活性焊接的研究方法及研究趋势.By summariedly recent researchs on the mechanism of activity＇s impact on the shape of weld pool and experiental simulation,oxide activity has a significant impact on the shape of weld pool in tungsten inert gas （TIG）. And the shape can be improved by covering activity on the surface of base metal. Finally, research methods and the develop trend of welding with activity were concluded.
