摘　　要：电容是EMI滤波器中的重要元件，本文首先介绍了电源EMI滤波器的基本电路形式和工作原理，给出了滤波器中对电容的基本要求，重点介绍了陶瓷电容的等效电路和基本特性，强调了陶瓷电容在厚膜混合集成电路中的工艺处理要求，最后给出了在电源EMI滤波器中使用陶瓷电容的几点注意事项。Capactor is the important compornent in EMI filter. Several essential circuits of EMI filter and working principle of them are introduced in this paper. And the special demands of the capactor used in EmI filter are presented. Then we discuss the equavilent circuit of the mutilayer chip ceramic capactor and the basic charactoristic in essential in the paper. The process criterion that the mutilayer chip ceramic capactors are used in the thick film HIC is stressed in the article. At last ,we make suggestions when the mutilayer chip ceramic capactor is used in EMI filter.
