摘　　要：李晓元教授所著的《工作哲学引论》开辟了工作哲学的新学科、新领域。从思想逻辑上看,《工作哲学引论》填补了工作哲学理论体系研究的空白;从研究内容上看,《工作哲学引论》成就的工作哲学理论体系奠定了工作哲学的理论基础。《工作哲学引论》成就的工作哲学,拓展了马克思主义哲学研究的新视野,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。An Introduction to Working Philosophy written by Prof. Li Xiaoyuan paved a way for the new subject and new field of working philosophy. In terms of logic, the work filled the theoretical gap in working philosophy research; in terms of its contents, the theoretical system put forward in the work laid a theoretical foundation for working philosophy, and broadened horizon of Marxist philosophy research.
