摘 要:为使并行设计过程规划结果更具有实际参考价值,提出了一种无强制解耦的并行设计过程规划方法。首先,通过研究信息流对任务执行的影响,提出了建立信息流矩阵对设计过程进行二次建模的思路;通过对信息流矩阵的分析重构,得出信息流的流动层次结构,从而利用任务与信息流的提供-接收关系反馈指导关键设计任务的执行。然后,从完成条件和完成意义的角度对设计任务进行了解剖分类,通过编码设计结构矩阵与信息流矩阵的同步映射实现了设计任务的适应性细分,并通过对各类子任务执行优先级的定义,完善了对并行设计过程的规划。最后,以汽车总布置设计规划为例对该套方法进行了验证,表明了该方法的有效性。An unforced decoupling method was proposed to enable the concurrent design process planning more valuable.Firstly,a thought of twice-modeling for design process was put forward by constructing the Information Flow Matrix(IFM)based on the influence of relationship between information flows and task enforcement.By IFM reconstruction,order levels of information flows were figured out,the afford-receive relationships between tasks and information flows were used to instruct the execution of the key tasks.Secondly,the design tasks were decomposed respectively from the perspectives of the completion condition and meaning.Adaptive subdivision of design tasks was realized based on synchronous mapping of Coded Design Structure Matrix(C-DSM)and IFM.And the whole design process planning was consummated by priority definition of the subtasks.Finally,the validity of this method was verified by applying it in the entire arrangement design process planning of automobile.
