摘　　要：针对X2010A龙门铣床在使用多年后出现的爬行问题,提出了从电器、机械及液压3个方面逐个进行排查的解决方案,该方案可以准确诊断龙门铣床在运行过程中的故障,提高了龙门铣床的使用寿命。For the crawling fault of the X2010A gantry milling machine after using many years,the solution from electricity ＆ machinery ＆ hydraulic pressure is proposed,This solution can help to detect the fault which in the operating process of the gantry milling machine,and improve the using years for the gantry milling machine.
