摘 要:无刷发电机转子匝间短路故障发生频率高且难以检测。以发电机定子绕组线圈为对象,分析了发电机转子绕组匝间短路时,定子绕组并联支路内的感应电动势特性,以及由此引起的转子绕组上的谐波特性。将励磁电流中的特征频率成分看成谐波源,研究了故障特征向励磁机侧传递的规律,得到了故障时励磁机励磁电流的谐波特征,从而提出了一种基于励磁机励磁电流的转子绕组短路故障的检测方法。运用故障模拟发电机组进行了动模试验,试验验证了理论分析的正确性和有效性。Inter-turn short circuit in brushless synchronous generator rotor winding often occurred which is hard to be detected.Taking stator coil as basic object,the characteristics of inductive potential in stator winding parallel branches and harmonic characteristics of rotor winding current were analyzed when rotor winding is inter-turn short circuited.Considering the characteristic frequency components in excitation current as harmonic sources,the rule of fault features transfer to exciter side was studied.The fault characteristic of excitation current in exciter was obtained.Subsequently,a fault detection method based on field current of exciter was presented.Finally utilizing fault simulation generator,the dynamic simulation tests were conducted.The validity of theoretical analysis and effectiveness of fault detection method were verified by test results.
