我国钢铁行业发展水平、产业关联特征及影响因素——基于投入产出法的动态研究

摘　　要：运用1997、2002和2007年的投入产出表,对我国钢铁行业的发展水平、产业关联特征以及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现:近年来,我国钢铁行业仍属于"低附加值、高带动型"的产业;其发展动力主要是中间需求,最终需求的拉动作用略有上升;感应度系数和影响力系数有所波动,但影响力系数一直高于行业平均水平;第二产业对钢铁行业价值创造能力的影响有所下降,而第三产业的影响得到显著提高;对我国钢铁行业发展影响最大的是投资和出口。This paper employed the I-O table of 1997,2002 and 2007,to conduct an empirical study of the level and the inter-industrial features of China’s iron and steel industry as well as the factors which affected the development of the iron and steel industry. We found that in China the iron and steel industry is still a ＂low value-added,high-drive-type＂ industry; Although final demand had increased little,the main impetus to drive the industry development was the intermediate needs yet; its inducing and diffusion coefficient had fluctuated,however the latter one was always above the average; the effect of the secondary industry on the ability of value creation of the iron and steel industry had declined,while the effect of tertiary industry had raised sharply; then the investment and export were the factors which affected the iron and steel industry strongly.
