摘　　要：目前我国第一、第二产业结构的升级将减弱对第三产业增长的拉动效应。这种拉动效应已经转移出去,成为国外第三产业扩张的机遇。服务贸易逆差的进一步加重,造成了我国第三产业人才的严重流失,使我国第三产业的发展和竞争力的提高受到严重影响。全面认识我国第三产业发展的现状、特征、原因及影响因素,探索其发展的一般性规律,加快我国第三产业的发展,是一个非常紧迫的任务。Currently our country changing consuming structure,the first and second industry updates which can delete the push effect of third industry. The foreign third industry has used it for them chance. Because of service trades deficit hence,the development and competition of domestic third industry have affected and flee of talent of third industry seriously. It is very important to wholly understand the status、characteristic and influent factor of domestic third industry,in order to explore a law to progress development. The article analysis inner structure of domestic third industry,find reason why it fall behind and give some advice.
