摘　　要：结合广东电网公司专题研究项目,讨论了高清会议电视系统关键技术,研究了广东电网公司"十二五"期间高清会议电视系统的发展策略与方案。制定了广东电网公司视频会议系统向高清化、广覆盖、融合软交换、远程呈现等多种应用的技术政策,指导广东电网公司视频会议系统建设。Based on the research projects of Guangdong Power Grid Company,this paper discusses the key technologies of high-definition video conference system,and analyses the developing strategy of high-definition video conference system in Guangdong Power Grid Company during ＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂ period.It points out that the video conference system in Guangdong Power Grid will have the characteristics of high definition and wide coverage together with the integrated application of soft-switching and telepresence technology.It would be guiding significance for the construction of video conference system in Guangdong Power Grid Company.
