摘　　要：介绍了一种以工控机为控制核心的热过载继电器可靠性试验设备,在介绍可靠性试验方案的基础上,结合VB6.0及研华PCL-818数据采集卡,着重讨论了其硬件结构与软件设计等问题。A reliability test device of thermal over-load relay based on industrial computer was introdued. On the basis of the introduction of the reliability test scheme, the reliability test scheme was introduced, combined with VB 6.0 and Advanteh PCI-818 data acquisition card, the issues of the device＇ s hardware structure and software design were discussed emphasisly.
