摘　　要：建立了HPLC-ELSD法同时测定养正消积胶囊中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸。用C18色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.5%乙酸(70:20:10)为流动相,蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度80℃,气体压力25psi。齐墩果酸和熊果酸在0.2～4μg和0.12～4μg范围内线性关系良好,回收率为99.3%和100.2%,RSD分别为1.42%和1.23%。An HPLC-ELSD method was established for the simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid （70 ： 20 ： 10）. An evaporative light scattering detector （ELSD） was used at drift tube temperature of 80 ℃ and gas pressure of 25 psi. The calibration curves for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were linear in the ranges of 0.2 - 4 ktg and 0.12 - 4 μg. The recoveries were 99.3 % and 100.2 %, with RSDs of 1.42 % and 1.23 %.
