利益相关者理论视角下中粮屯河的成功分析及启示

摘　　要：任何一个公司都不可能孤立地存在于市场中,它要与各种利益相关者建立密切的联系与合作,只有获得了来自各合作阶层全方位的支持,企业才会有一个理想的社会环境。本文从利益相关者理论视角分析了中粮屯河的成功运作方式及对新疆其他企业的启示。No company can exist lonely in the market. It has to set up connections and cooperation with various interest - relative parties. The enterprise can not run in ideal society surroundings unless it obtains overall supports from all cooperative parties. From the view of the interest -relative theory, the paper analyzes successful operation of the Zhangliang Tunhe Company and the enlightenments it gives to other enterprises in Xinjiang.
