重组人干扰素α-2b栓或聚甲酚磺醛栓联合多西环素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价重组人干扰素α-2b栓或聚甲酚磺醛栓联合多西环素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效。方法选择支原体阳性的慢性宫颈炎患者120例,随机分为3组,A组38例单纯用多西环素片;B组40例在A组用药的基础上应用聚甲酚磺醛栓阴道给药;C组42例在A组用药的基础上应用重组人干扰素α-2b栓阴道给药。3组患者均治疗10 d为1疗程。结果 B组、C组症状和体征消失率及支原体培养转阴率显著高于A组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);B组与C组之间比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。B组、C组总有效率显著高于A组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);B组与C组之间比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b栓或聚甲酚磺醛栓联合多西环素对宫颈支原体感染疗效显著,使用方便,不良反应少而轻。Objective To evaluate the effects of recombinant human interfer on α-2b or policresulen suppository associated with Doxycycline on patients with mycoplasma infection of cervix.Methods 120 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in Group A simply took doxycycline tablets;patients in Group B used vaginal suppository policresulen on the base of the treatment of Group A; patients in Group C used recombinant human interfere on α-2b vaginal effervescent vaginal capsules on the base of the treatment of Group A.All of the patients were treated for 10 days as a treatment course.Results The disappearance rate of symptoms and the signs or the mycoplasma culture negative conversion rate of Group B or Group C were significantly higher than that of Group A.The difference was significant（P0.05）.The comparison of Group B and Group C was not significantly different（P0.05）.The total effeciency in Group B or Group C was significantly higher than that of Group A,（P0.05）.Comparing with Group B and Group C there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of recombinant human interfere on α-2b or policresulen suppository associated with Doxycycline is significant in the treatment of mycoplasma infection of the cervix,and there are less and milder adverse reactions.
