摘　　要：产学研合作是我国创新体系的重要内容,处理好大学与企业之间的关系以共同促进技术创新是一个重要的课题。本文深入研究了韩国浦项工业大学与浦项制铁公司相互之间在经费、人才和研究设施等方面的互利合作,期望为我国大学和企业产学研合作模式提供借鉴。Industry-university-institute cooperation is an important component of our country’s innovation system.Developing a good relationship between industry and university to stimulate technological innovation is increasing remarkably.The paper proceeds to study mutual benefit cooperation between Pohang University of Science and Technology and Pohang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.This analysis can give us some useful revelation about a successful mode for university and industry cooperation.
