摘　　要：莱钢1880m3高炉通过铁口维护,单场出铁操作,炉前及时出净渣铁,长期休风后快速复风,改造主沟及撇渣器等,改善了炉前作业状况,提高了炉前作业效率,保证了高炉顺行。Laiwu Steel＇s 1 880 m3 BF took many measures of improving the casthouse operation,such as,the maintenance of the taphole,single lander operation,discharging slag and hot metal in time,rapid reblowing after long-term blowing-down,transforming main trough and skimmer.It optimized the casthouse operation status,enhanced working efficiency in casthouse and assured regular blast-furnace performance.
