摘　　要：梅钢新日铁式外燃式热风炉采用了双头等径小拱顶,燃烧室和蓄热室等径半球拱顶,联络管设有波纹管和拉杆以吸收位移和水平推力,并采取了一系列防止炉壳晶间应力腐蚀的措施。各砌体相互独立,在高温区使用硅砖,同时大量采用组合砖以加强结构稳定性,热风炉已无故障运行9个月。The Nippon Steel-type external combustion hot stove in Meishan Steel adopted double-ended and equal diameter-small vault,the combustion chamber and the regenerative chamber with equal diameter-hemisphere vault,contact pipe with bellows and pull rods for absorbing the displacement and the horizontal thrust and adopted a series of measures to the intergranular stress corrosion of the furnace shell.Every masonry work was unattached one another,in the high temperature region,using silica brick,at the same time,adopting a large number of combination firebricks to enhance the structural stability.Then the hot air furnace has making failure free operation for 9 months.
