摘  要:为实施经济配料结构,利用40kg小焦炉进行了配煤结构的优化试验,确定了降成本配煤结构,焦煤配量由38%减少到了29%,瘦煤配量由10%提高到了14%,气肥煤配量由7%提高到了15%。应用表明,焦炭质量虽略有下降,但基本保持稳定,仍能满足高炉炼铁的需求,配煤结构成本降低了27.8元/t。In order to implement economical blending structure,the experiments of optimizing coal blending structure were finished by 40 kg small coke oven.The coal blending structure for reducing cost was confirmed.In the structure,the blending ratio of coking coal was reduced from 38% to 29%,the blending ratio of meagre coal was increased from 10% to 14% and the blending ratio of gas-fat coal was increased from 7% to 15%.The results showed that the coke quality decreased slightly,but kept stable and could meet the requirements of BF.Then it reduced the cost of coal blending structure by 27.8 Yuan per ton coke.
