摘　　要：主要讨论了兖州煤业榆林能化有限公司600 kt/a甲醇装置气化系统试运过程中出现的问题及产生原因,并提出了解决方法,其中绝大部分已得到了实施和印证。目前气化炉运行正常,甲醇装置达到设计产能。The problems exposed during trial operation of gasification system for 600 kt/a methanol plant built in Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd are discussed.The countermeasures are put forward,most of which are been carried out and proved efficient.Now the gasifiers are running steady,the plant′s design capacity is achieved.
