浅谈内蒙古地面气象资料新A文件的质量评估

摘　　要：90年代开始,全国地面气象站的地面信息化资料以A、A0、A1、A6、A7、V、V0、V1文件的形式保存和使用,其文件模式较多、内容分散,不便于管理和使用。采用中国气象局信息中心资料室统一下发的"地面自动站观测资料三级质量控制软件—省级软件(CDQC)"和全国地面气象A文件质量评估方法,对内蒙古71个一般站,现有的A、A0、A1、A6、A7、V、V0、V1文件转换生成新版A文件,对转换后的新版A文件,进行统一质量控制标准的综合分析和评估。这次评估,对全面了解地面气象历史资料整体质量状况、出现疑误数据类别和原因,为纠正和减少历史资料错误,进一步确定今后质量控制工作的重点和研究资料质量控制方法,提供了科学依据。From 1990＇s,the sround information data of national meteorological station was preserved and applied in the form of A,A0,A1,A6,A7,V,V0,V1 file,it＇s pattern was more,content was dispersed,and not easy to manage and use.A,A0,A1,A6,A7,V,V0,V1 filesof 71 general stations in Inner Mongolia were conversed to new version of A file,adopted National Meteorological Information Center unified issued ＂The third level quality control software of observation data of ground automatic stations-provincial software（CDQC）＂ and the quality evaluation method of A file of national surface meteorological data.The comprehensive analysis and evaluation of unified quality control standards was done on the new version of converted A file.The evaluation provided a scientific basis for comprehensive understanding the overall quality conditions of the ground meteorological historical data,the types and causes of appearing suspect misuse data,correcting and reducing the historical data errors,and further determining the future focus of the quality control work and research data quality control methods.
