摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图在房间隔膨出瘤(ASA)诊断中的应用价值。方法:对35例房间隔膨出瘤患者进行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,重点在大动脉短轴、心尖四腔心切面对房间隔膨出瘤进行观察。结果:35例房间隔膨出瘤患者的声像图均清晰显示房间隔中部(卵圆窝处)变薄,呈半环形"囊袋状"或"气球样"向一侧心房膨出或摆动于两房间,膨出度>10 mm,基底直径>15 mm。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图可早期检出ASA并肯定诊断,其诊断依据可靠,临床应用价值高。Aim：To investigate the value of color doppler echocardiography in diagnosis of atrial septal aneurysm（ASA）.Methods： Thirty-five patients with ASA were examined by using color doppler echocardiography.The emphasis was put on the cut surfaces of four chamber and large-artery short axis in order to observe the ASA.Results： The ultrasonograms of 35 cases of ASA clearly showed that the central section of the interauricular septrmcentral（fossa ovalis） were getting thinner.All of them inbursted into the left or right atrium with a shape of semiring ＂cystic＂or ＂ballooning＂and activitied between both atrials.The bulging depths of ASA were more than 10mm and their fundic diameters were more than 15mm.Conclusion：Color doppler echocardiography can early detect and diagnose ASA.It makes the diagnostic clue reliable so that it has a highly clinical application value.
