摘 要:本文以奥运综合交通信息平台为研究对象,通过分析平台的建设情况、服务情况以及机构保障情况,对北京奥运会交通信息管理与服务的主要经验进行总结。作者首先分析了奥运综合交通信息平台的基本定位,设计了平台的主要功能,构建了包括共享数据中心、道路交通管理数据中心和交通运输行业数据中心的平台总体框架;然后提出了平台的两阶段建设模式,即:奥运前和奥运期间采用"实体+虚拟"平台建设模式,后奥运时期采用实体平台建设模式;最后研究了平台对于奥运交通工作的直接支撑作用和辅助保障作用。The main experiences of transportation information management and service during Beijing Olympic Games were researched by studying the construction, service and organizational structure of Beijing Olympic Comprehensive Transportation Information Platform. First, the basic orientation and function of the platform were researched, and the platform's total framework was established, which includes the share data center, the traffic management data center and the transportation industry data center. Secondly, a two step construction mode of the platform was brought forward, that is, a "real + virtual" construction mode was adopted before and during the Olympic Games, after the games, the "real" construction mode was adopted. The organizational structure that supports the platform during the Olympic Games was analyzed. Finally, the platform's direct supporting function and assistant guaranteeing effect on the Olympic transportation work were studied.
