摘　　要：以新戊二醇、三氯氧磷、乙二胺为原料,用酐法合成了无卤膨胀型阻燃剂1,2-二(5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧-2-磷环己基膦酰胺基)乙烷〔新戊二醇乙撑磷酰胺〕。得出其最佳条件为新戊二醇磷酸酐与乙二胺的摩尔比为1∶1,以二甲苯做溶剂,在140℃下回流分水反应6 h,产率为92.7%。用红外光谱及核磁共振对所合成的化合物进行了表征。An intumescent flame retardant,1,2-di（5,5-bism ethy-1,3-oxy-2-phosphacyclohexyl-phosphamide） ethane,was prepared at 92.7% yield from the reaction of neopentyl glycol with phosphorus oxychloride,ethylenediamine and phosphoric oxide.The best synthetic conditions were optimized as follows： the molar ratio for bis（2-oxy-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-2-phosphacyclohexane）oxide and ethylenediamine was 1∶1 while the reaction was carried out under reflux（140 ℃） for 6 h in xylene.The isolated product was further characterized by IR and NMR spectra.
