摘 要:根据单晶APT结晶原理,研究了结晶装置、搅拌转速、温度等因素对仲钨酸铵结晶团聚的影响。结果表明:晶核出现前,搅拌转速为30r/min;晶核出现时,搅拌转速为50r/min;晶核出现1h后,搅拌转速为70r/min;结晶后期至结晶结束,搅拌转速为70~90r/min。在此工艺条件下,所得产品APT单晶率达到最佳值;适当降低结晶前期温度,APT粉体单晶率有较大提升空间,在结晶温度为80。C时达到最佳值,单晶率为96%。所研发的单晶APT粉体制备流体层流控制技术及其装置,可有效减少晶粒间的碰撞,使制备出的单晶APT粉体单晶率达90%以上。Based on crystallization theory of single-crystal ammonium-paratungstate, the influences of crystallization device,stirring speed, temperature on erystalllization agglomeration of APT were studied. The results show that the optimal stirring speed is determined as 30,50,70 r/min,respectively in different developmental stages of crystallization. Under optimal conditions, single crystal rate arrives to optimal value. Suitably reducing pre crystallization temperature, single APT crystal rate has more space for enhance. When crystallization temperature is 80℃ ,crystal rate was 96% to achieve the best value. The fluid layer flow control technology and devices for single APT crystal preparation can effectively reduce collisions between grains,so that the APT powder single-crystal rate can arrive at more than 90%.
