摘  要:目的观察无创双水平气道正压(BIPAP)机械通气治疗急性心源性肺水肿的疗效。方法将64例急性肺水肿患者随机分为2组:均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用BIPAP机械通气治疗,观察治疗前后各项参数的变化。结果2组治疗后血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平、呼吸、心率、血压和动脉血气指标均有显著性差异,治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组。结论BIPAP无创机械通气是治疗急性肺水肿快速有效的方法。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of bi-level positive airway pressure(BIPAP)non-invasive mechanical ventilation on acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema(ACPO).Methods 64 ACPO cases were randomly divided into 2 groups and both were given normal treatment.Treatment group was added with BIPAP mechanical ventilation.The changes of every index were observed before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in the level of serum brain natriuretic peptide,blood gas analysis,heart rate respiratory rate and blood pressure between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion BIPAP non-invasive mechanical ventilation is a fast and effective method for treating for ACPO.
