摘　　要：目的建立更年舒片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0.092μg^1.472μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7。平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.0%。结论该方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于更年舒片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。Objective To develop a method for the determination of icariin content in gengnianshu tables.Methods HPLC method was adopted,in which C18 column（5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）was used,acetonitrile-water（30∶70）was taken as a mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was 270 nm.Results The good linear range of icariin was displayed in the range of 0.092 μg^1.472 μg,r=0.999 7.The average recovery was 101.4%.Conclusion The method is simple in operation and high in sensitivity and is applicable for icariin content detection in gengnianshu tablets.
