针刺艾灸结合分期治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察发病早期针刺艾灸结合分期治疗周围性面瘫的疗效,探讨针灸治疗周围性面瘫的规律。方法选择发病3 d内又未经其他治疗的周围性面瘫患者66例,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组分期施治,全程足三里温针灸,急性期灸面部、翳风刺络拔罐、针远道穴,静止期面部多针浅刺、经筋排刺,恢复期面部少穴透刺。对照组不分期,始终局远配穴、面部艾条灸、足三里温针灸。两组各以5 d为1个疗程,4个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组,疗程与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论周围性面瘫发病早期恰当针刺艾灸结合分期治疗,疗程短、愈显率高。Objective To observe the effect on peripheral facial paralysis at different stages treated with early application of acupuncture with moxibution and explore the rule of acupuncture with moxibution for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 66 cases of peripheral facial paralysis within 3 days and without any other treatment were randomly divided into treatment group（34 cases）and control group（32cases）.In treatment group,the treatment was applied at different stages,in which warm-needling technique was used on Zusanli（ST36）.At acute stage,moxibustion was applied in the face,blooding and cupping on Yifeng（TE17）and acupuncture on distal points.At static stage,multi-shallow needling was applied on the face,and a row of needling was applied to muscle region.In recovery stage,the penetrating needling was used on few points on the face.In control group,no matter at which stages,the cases were treated with local and distal points,stick moxibustion on the face and warm-needling on ST36.5-day treatment made one session and the efficacy was observed in 4 sessions of treatment.Results The curative rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group.The significant difference presented in the session of treatment as compared with control group statistically.Conclusion The early and suitable application of acupuncture and moxibustion can shorten the session of treatment and achieve high curative rate on peripheral facial paralysis treated at different stages.
