摘　　要：党的十七届四中全会明确提出,要把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务抓紧抓好。农村党员培训是建设学习型政党的载体之一,是推进学习型党组织建设的有效实践。文章从当前广西农村党员培训的实践分析入手,通过大规模问卷调查,分析了在当前建设学习型政党背景下,广西农村党员培训实践中的新情况、新特点和新收获,并针对农村党员培训中存在的问题提出若干建议。The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC has clearly stated that we should take the building of the ruling Party of Marxism good at learning as a major and urgent strategic task to carry out properly. The training of the Party members in rural areas is one of the forms in building the ruling Party good at learning and the effective practice in promoting the building of the Party good at learning. Starting with the current practice of the training of thel Party members in rural areas in Guangxi and through a large-scale questionnaire survey, this articles has analyzed the new situations and new characteristics and new results in the practice of the training of the Party members in rural areas in Guangxi, under the background of building the ruling Party good at learning and also puts forward some solutions to the existing problems in training the Party members in rural areas.
