摘  要:目的建立β-内酰胺类抗生素中2-乙基己酸的测定方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法。固定相为聚乙二醇的毛细管色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度250℃,进样口温度200℃,柱温为程序升温,内标物为3-环己丙酸。结果2-乙基己酸质量浓度在0.301-3.01 g·L^-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。准确度、精密度及耐用性良好,定量限为16.9 ng,9种抗生素回收率均达到94%以上。结论方法简单,结果准确,可用于β-内酰胺类抗生素中2-乙基己酸检测。Objective To establish a GC method for determination of 2-ethylhexanoic acid in β-lactam antibiotics.Methods PEG was used for the stationary phase of the capillary column,the hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) and injector temperature were 250 ℃ and 200 ℃;temperature-programmed of column and 3-cyclohexyl propionate as internal standard were used for GC.Results The calibration curves of 2-ethylhexanoic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.3013.01 g·L^-1(r=0.999 7).It was a accurate method;the quantitative limit was 16.9 ng,the recovery of the nine kinds of antibiotics were more than 94%.Conclusions This method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of 2-ethylhexanoic acid in β-lactam antibiotics.
