摘  要:利用丛枝菌根菌、EM菌、NEB菌剂结合发酵玉米秸秆粉等物质对老参地土壤进行改良后栽参。正交实验设计法。4种物质施入后土壤有机质含量提高0.90%~30.79%、pH值提高2.22%~7.06%、碱解氮提高11.33%~63.36%、速效磷提高41.91%~163.35%、速效钾提高7.8%~54.01%、有益微生物放线菌数量提高2~10倍,除个别处理外,人参株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量均有所提高,单枝鲜重提高9.52%~49.21%、产量提高1.91%~68.80%、折干率提高6.71%~17.14%,保苗率提高35.15%~73.35%,病株数降低2~7倍。这种方法有效改善了老参地土壤的微生态环境和理化性状,有利于人参的生长。Using EM microbial agen, Arbuscular mycorrhiza, NEB and fermentation corn straw to improve the soil of continuous cropping ground for ginseng culturing. Using orthogonal test design. After using 4 kinds of matter, soil organic matter increased by 0.90% -30.79%, pH increased by 2.22% -7.06% , availible N increased by 11.33% -63.36% , availible P increased by 41.91% - 163.35% , availible K increased by 7.8% -54.01%. The amount of beneficial microorganisms actenomycetes increased by 2 -10 times. For the most treatment, plant height, stem diameter and the contain of chlorophyll increased, root weight increased by 9.52% -49.21% , fresh yield increased byl. 91% -68.80% , drying rat increased by 6.71% - 17.14%. The pathogenic rat reduced 2 - 7times. The microbes environments and chemical environments of Continuous cropping ground soil are improved remarkable after 4 kinds of matter used, thereby promoted the growth of ginseng.
