摘　　要：水资源信息对于流域规划管理至关重要,是促进水利业务规范化和信息化的前提。探讨水资源信息管理与分析系统的设计方法,开发了基于Oracle 10g空间数据库和MapX组件技术的松辽流域水资源信息管理系统。实际应用结果表明,该系统具有方便、高效、界面友好等特点,对水资源综合规划以及提高水资源管理的信息化水平具有重要意义。Water resources information plays a vital role in the basin planning and management, and it is the premise of promoting the standardization and informatization of water business. Based on spatial database Oracle 10g and component technology with MapX, water resources management and analysis system has been designed and explored, moreover, the original system was applied in Songliao basin. The results indicated that the system is convenient, high-efficient and user-friendly, and it would be of great significance for integrating water resources planning and promoting the informatization level of water resources management.
