针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:客观评价针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将128例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组68例接受针刺加麻黄左经散治疗,对照组60例接受消炎痛加别嘌呤醇治疗,疗程均为15天。观察2组患者疗效及临床治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组临床治愈率分别为54.41%、33.33%,总有效率分别为89.71%、65.00%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05);2组治疗后BUA、ESR、CRP、尿pH值及症状积分较治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01;P<0.05);症状积分组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后胆固醇明显下降,与治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组未出现副反应,对照组中4例出现不良反应(P<0.01)。结论:针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好疗效,安全性高。Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with the Traditional Chinese Medicine on acute gouty arthritis.Methods：One hundred and twenty eight cases of acute grouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups,The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and ＂MaHuangZuoJing Powder＂（ST 68）,the control group was treated with in-domethacin and allopurinol（St 60）,the therapeutic course for both groups was 15 days,the symptoms and relevant indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results：In treatment group,the curative rate was 54.41% and totle effective rate was 89.71%,and in control group 33.33% and 65.00%,respectively（P〈0.05）.The scores of blood uric acid,erythrocytic sedimentation rate,C-response protein,uric Ph value and symptom had significantly difference in both groups after treatment（P〈0.01;P〈0.05）,but symptom had significantly difference between two groups（P〈0.05）,Cholesterol had more obvious decrease in the treatment group after treatment,had significantly difference as compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）.The treatment group had no side effect,however,Adverse reaction to the treatment was shown in 4 patients in the control group had some side effects（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Acupuncture combined with the Tradidtional Chinese medicine is effective and safe in treating acute gouty arthritis.
