带线缝合针智能综合测试仪的研制

摘　　要：带线缝合针目前在创伤缝合上大量采用,根据相关国家标准,要对带线缝合针进行检测,目前国内尚无这方面的智能检测仪器。从总体设计、电路硬件设计、软件设计等方面对带线缝合针智能综合测试仪的整体设计进行了研究设计,完成了硬件电路设计及软件调试工作,并对整个测试仪进行了实际测量分析。实验结果表明,测试仪的功能、精度达到了预期效果。Take line to sew up needle currently in sewing up wound a great deal of adoption,according to the relevant national standards,sew up needle to carry on an examination towards taking line,the domestic still has no the intelligence examination of this aspect instrument currently,this text sews up needle intelligence to synthesize the overall design of testing the instrument to do research and development work towards taking line.From the overall design,circuit hardware design,software design and other aspects of study design,completed the hardware design and software debugging,and the tester was measured by analysis of experimental results show that the functions of tester accuracy achieved the expected results.
