摘　　要：现代经济学对经济人假设进行了持续深入研究,但忽视了对资产完全流动和替代这一假设的研究;虽然资产专用性在经济组织形成中的影响得到了重视,但其在不确定性下对市场供求的一般影响却没有引起足够注意。本文探讨了不确定性下资产专用性和转换成本的存在对市场供求均衡和经济周期的影响。Modern economics has made a sustainable and in-depth study on the supposition of the economic man,but neglected the fluid of the assets for quite a long time.Though the influence of the assets specificity on the economic organizations gets more and more attention,its influence on the equilibrium of the demand-supply under uncertainty has not been fully addressed.This paper discusses the influence of the existence of assets specificity and conversion cost on market demand-supply equilibrium and economic cycle under uncertainty.
